1. Reservation Requirements

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or approved communication channels. To ensure availability and proper scheduling, we recommend booking your airport transportation in advance.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from Krownkey Unlimited.


2. Booking Information

To complete your reservation, you must provide accurate and complete details, including:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Pickup and drop-off locations
  • Date and time of service
  • Flight details (for airport transfers)
  • Number of passengers and luggage

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional charges.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
  • We may require full or partial payment in advance to secure your reservation.
  • Accepted payment methods will be specified during checkout or booking confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time
  • Extra stops
  • Tolls and parking
  • Route changes or extended service

4. Airport Transfers & Flight Monitoring

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals to adjust pickup times when possible. Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight details at the time of booking.

A grace period may be provided after landing. Additional waiting time beyond this period may result in extra charges.


5. Changes to Bookings

  • Requests to modify a reservation must be made in advance.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
  • Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  • Late cancellations may incur partial or full charges.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.

7. Vehicle Selection

We aim to provide the vehicle selected at the time of booking. However, we reserve the right to substitute a similar or upgraded vehicle if necessary due to availability or operational reasons.


8. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • Provide accurate booking details
  • Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
  • Avoid prohibited activities such as smoking or illegal substances

Any damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges.


9. Service Delays

While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Krownkey Unlimited is not responsible for delays beyond our control.


10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger:

  • Violates company policies
  • Engages in unsafe or inappropriate behavior
  • Poses a risk to the chauffeur or vehicle
