3. Bookings & Reservations

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized communication channels.
  • A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without notice until booking confirmation.
  • Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, parking, route changes, or additional stops not included in the original reservation.
  • Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at our discretion based on the circumstances of the booking.

6. Airport Transfers

  • Flight monitoring is provided as a courtesy but is not guaranteed to prevent delays caused by airline or airport operations.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight details at the time of booking.
  • Waiting time may apply after a reasonable grace period following flight arrival.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and vehicles
  • Avoid smoking, illegal substances, or damaging the vehicle
  • Cover any damages caused during their ride
  • Ensure accurate pickup and drop-off information is provided

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger violating these terms.

8. Vehicle Availability

While we strive to provide the requested vehicle type, we reserve the right to substitute a similar or upgraded vehicle if necessary due to availability or operational requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Krownkey Unlimited is not liable for delays, missed flights, or losses caused by traffic, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
